Job summary

HOODRIVER in is seeking a Part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans. Responsibilities include integrating with nurses and following care plans, ensuring patient comfort, and documenting care activities.

Candidates must hold a valid CNA license and be capable of carrying out tasks such as feeding, repositioning, and assisting with medical tests as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license.
• Provide routine daily nursing care as per care plan.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plan.
• Identify residents and administer care using authorized identifiers.
• Record all entries accurately on charts and logs.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervisory staff.
• Assist with feeding, turning, and positioning as required by care plan.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents.
• Notify Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse of any concerns or incidents.
