Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. seeks a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents at Poway Healthcare Center. You will verify resident identity, support meals and activities, and document care with accuracy while following care plans and facility policies.

Responsibilities include reporting changes to supervisors, assisting with mobility and daily living tasks, and maintaining patient privacy. CPR certification preferred; 10th grade education required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed CNA per state laws (CPR preferred).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessments and care plans.
• Identify residents using wristbands/photo cards before treatments and meals.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and follow privacy policies (HIPAA).
• Assist with mobility, daily activities, and personal care as trained, including hygiene and feeding assistance.
