Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify residents using wristbands or photos before tasks.
• Record observations clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and daily activities of living.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and report issues promptly.
• Follow safety policies for exposure to blood/body fluids.
