Job summary

Tiburon Hills is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily care and support to residents in Poway. You will identify residents, assist with daily tasks, and ensure comfort while maintaining accurate records and privacy.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify residents using wristband/photo card before tasks.
• Document accurately using approved abbreviations.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Ensure resident room is ready and provide comfort and escort residents as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow privacy policies.
