Job summary

HOODRIVER in is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily nursing care per the resident plan. You will identify residents before treatments, document accurately, and maintain resident confidentiality while supporting care teams.

The role requires state licensure as a CNA; CPR certification is preferred. You will assist with daily activities, monitor patient conditions, and help ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant as required by state law.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per the resident's care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband/photo ID.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts in an informative, descriptive manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any disclosures.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily functions and mobility as trained.
• Observe and report skin integrity issues and pressure areas to prevent ulcers.
