Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to provide world class service and promote CLUB Membership benefits. You will be the product expert, handling sign-ups, payments, and customer inquiries with accuracy and enthusiasm.

This part-time position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years in customer service. You will greet guests, conduct CLUB operations, train peers, and keep the CLUB Booth welcoming and compliant with store standards.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to greet customers and explain CLUB membership benefits.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to guests.
