Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service, promote CLUB Membership, and serve as the CLUB product expert across operations. The role emphasizes account servicing, sales, and adherence to CLUB processes.

The Outfitter will greet customers, demonstrate products, process applications, and assist with payments while coaching peers. A high school diploma and 0–2 years in customer service are typical requirements for this part-time position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to adapt to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers proactively and promote CLUB Membership.
• Demonstrate Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB products to customers.
• Process CLUB applications and handle payments and account questions.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience and support to peers.
• Keep the CLUB Booth organized and inventory accurate.
• Support store-wide CLUB operations and compliance programs.
