Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Raleigh, NC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer calls, and promote membership options.

This hourly, non-exempt role includes opening and evening shifts, POS operation, account updates, stocking, and keeping the club clean. CPR/AED certification is required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in all members, guests, and prospective members.
• Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
• Inform prospective members about membership options and current promotions.
• Facilitate necessary updates to members' accounts.
• Operate the POS system and accept payments.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other duties as assigned.
