Job summary

Science 37 is seeking a Part Time- Supply Associate (Contractor-1099) in Raleigh to assist with clinical supplies and equipment for studies. You will prepare and ship study materials to participants and staff, maintain inventory, and coordinate with the supply team to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and experience in supply management or clinical research is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year+ experience in CRO/clinical research or related field is preferred.
• Supply management experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support clinical studies logistics.
• Prepare and ship study supplies and nursing equipment to participants and staff.
• Set up and manage inventory in the electronic system; ensure proper documentation.
• Order supplies and maintain supply rooms; ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Interact with vendors to procure lab kits and other study supplies.
• Assist in onboarding new operation staff and supply associates.
