Science 37 is seeking a Part Time- Supply Associate (Contractor-1099) in Raleigh to assist with clinical supplies and equipment for studies. You will prepare and ship study materials to participants and staff, maintain inventory, and coordinate with the supply team to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and experience in supply management or clinical research is valued.

The Part Time- Supply Associate position is responsible for assisting with the management of clinical supplies and equipment used in clinical studies. The Supply Associate is responsible for preparing and shipping study supplies to study participants and study staff, maintenance and accountability of study supplies and nursing equipment, ordering of supplies, and inventory management. The Supply Associate works closely with the Supply team, PI, sub-Is and study team to ensure safe and efficient conduct of clinical studies.
