Job summary

Science 37 is hiring a Part Time- Supply Associate to support clinical studies in the United States. You will assist with shipping study supplies to participants and staff, maintain inventory, and ensure proper documentation within the supply rooms.

The role is contractor (1099) and part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with responsibilities spanning equipment management and coordination with the supply team and PI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year of CRO/clinical research or related experience preferred.
• Supply management experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support study logistics for clinical trials.
• Prepare and ship study supplies and nursing equipment.
• Set up and manage quantities in the electronic inventory system.
• Order supplies and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure proper documentation of deliveries, receipts and returns.
• Assist in training new operations staff as needed.
