Job summary

Science 37 is seeking a Part Time- Supply Associate (Contractor- 1099) in Morrisville, NC to support clinical studies. You will help manage supplies, ship materials to participants and staff, and maintain inventory accuracy across study sites.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and effective communication within a fast-paced CRO environment. This is a 20-hour-per-week, part-time contractor position with 1099 terms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Supply management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support clinical studies and supply logistics.
• Prepare and ship study supplies and nursing equipment to participants and staff.
• Set up and manage protocols in electronic inventory systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory activities and reconciliations.
• Order supplies and manage stocking levels for study sites and nursing rooms.
• Interact with vendors to procure lab kits and supplies.
• Assist training of new team members and supply associates.
