Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years of clinical supplies or logistics experience in pharma/biotech or med device.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Organized, able to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
• Experience with regulatory GMP/GDP environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day clinical supply activities across active studies.
• Maintain traceability records for investigational materials.
• Support regulatory compliance and study closeout documentation.
• Monitor shipments and vendor deliverables; escalate delays.
• Assist in monitoring IRT/RTSM systems and inventory.
