Job summary

Clarvida seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical staff and services at our Bakersfield site. The role focuses on leadership in delivering individual and group counseling, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and program effectiveness with administrative oversight.

The position is part-time (20 hours/week) on-site in Bakersfield, with a schedule that includes Mondays and Tuesdays and halves of Wednesdays, plus Thursdays and Fridays as described.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Licensed for independent practice as LCSW/MFT/Clinical Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of clinical services within the clinic
• Consult with leadership on program performance and needs
• Provide direct client care including individual, family, and group therapy
• Coordinate with external clinicians and nursing staff on treatment and medication evaluations
• Audit client charts for documentation compliance
• Develop and implement clinical programming with the Program Director
• Transport clients as needed for community integration
