Job summary

Bonita House, Inc. seeks a Part-Time Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to oversee licensed practitioners in a remote, part-time role. You will provide ongoing clinical supervision, review documentation, and ensure compliance with Medi-Cal and internal policies.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining supervision records, and coordinating with the Director of Outpatient Services to support high-quality clinical care for dual-diagnosis populations.

Qualifications

• Masters or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field with at least five years in community mental health.
• Current, unrestricted California license from the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
• Stated training: 6 hours of supervision training within two years and 15 hours prior to supervising (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Oversee Registered Associate clinicians and supervise in individual, triadic, and group formats.
• Review and co-sign clinical documentation to ensure quality and compliance with Medi-Cal, Alameda County, and agency policies.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to practitioners; identify training needs.
• Maintain supervision records and ensure timely hours submission.
