Job summary

Clarvida seeks a Clinical Supervisor to support the clinical team through supervision, crisis management, and staff training. This role reviews all documentation for timeliness and quality, facilitates clinical meetings, and assigns cases to the team.

You will oversee daily operations of the Clinical program, ensuring accessible, high-quality behavioral health services. The position requires a Master’s degree (or equivalent with experience), supervisory experience, fingerprint clearance,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Education or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree plus five years’ experience in the above, supervisory experience required.
• Must have current fingerprint clearance and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to clinical program staff and ensure quality documentation.
• Direct and supervise team in individual/family counseling, assessment, crisis stabilization, and case management.
• Develop and coordinate workflow, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Attend meetings and coordinate programs; ensure compliance with policies and licensure.
