The Clinical Supervisor has primary responsibility for overseeing the daily operations of the clinical program, including the supervision, training, and development of staff. The position ensures compliance with program policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; provides ongoing staff education; fosters collaboration with county agencies and community partners; and coordinates resources to support continuity of care and successful client outcomes.
