Clarvida in Santa Ana, CA seeks a Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership for the High Fidelity Wraparound Program and oversee service delivery on-site.

You will supervise clinicians, mentor staff, conduct assessments, and ensure HIPAA compliance while collaborating with partners—psychiatrists, nursing staff, and community providers.

This full-time on-site role requires California licensure and advanced behavioral health credentials.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a behavioral health field.
• Active California license in good standing (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC/ Psychologist).
• Minimum two years post-licensure clinical exp. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical service delivery and program operations.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff for development.
• Facilitate staff and treatment team meetings; provide clinical consultations.
• Provide direct clinical services (individual, family, group therapy).
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
