Job summary

The role focuses on leadership, staff development, documentation quality, and compliance with Medi-Cal and county standards. The ideal candidate will have a Master's in a related field, CA licensure, and at least four years of clinical experience with two years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or related field.
• Valid California license (LCSW/LMFT/Clinical Psychologist or equivalent).
• Valid California Driver's License and ability to travel as needed.
• Minimum four years of full-time clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Two years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of LACDMH/Medi-Cal requirements and quality improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for assigned programs and staff.
• Supervise staff and monitor performance, caseloads, and documentation quality.
• Ensure timely, required services and appropriate level of care based on medical necessity.
• Collaborate with Centralized Intake to review referrals and placement.
• Lead weekly multidisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care planning.
• Promote QA/QI initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance across programs.
