Job summary

Telecare is seeking an Unlicensed Clinician - Mental Health in Bakersfield, CA to provide direct mental health support to clients and families. You will join a team coordinating services with outside agencies to help clients access housing, clinics, and community resources.

This full-time, on-site position offers a daytime schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Sunday–Thursday) with a starting wage range of $71,760–$88,447.23, and benefits including PTO, CEUs, tuition discounts, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences (ASW, AMFT, or APCC), valid and current.
• Master’s Degree in Social Sciences.
• One (1) year direct service experience with mentally ill individuals.
• Valid and current driver’s license, with vehicle insurance.
• Willingness to use personal or company vehicle to transport clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health support services to members and families.
• Coordinate and collaborate with team and outside agencies.
• Assist in coordinating all mental health support services for the program.
