Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license in Oregon.
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Prefer prior teaching, precepting or clinical education experience.
Responsibilities
- Guide nursing students through hands-on clinical experiences in local healthcare settings.
- Connect real-world nursing practice to what students are learning in their courses.
- Coach and mentor students to develop clinical skills, judgment, communication, and confidence.
- Observe student performance and provide feedback and evaluation.
- Collaborate with Joyce faculty and staff to support a consistent, student-centered learning experience.
- Stay current in nursing practice and bring current clinical knowledge into teaching.
