Qualifikationen

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Missouri.
• Master's degree in Nursing.
• 2–3 years of clinical nursing experience.

• Guide nursing students through hands-on clinical experiences in local sites.
• Link real-world nursing practice to classroom learning.
• Coach and mentor students to develop clinical skills and confidence.
• Observe student performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with Joyce faculty to ensure a consistent, student-centered learning experience.
• Stay current in nursing practice and apply knowledge to teaching.
• Participate in faculty meetings, pinning ceremonies, and graduation.
