Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher.
• Two or more years of administrative, contract administration, credentialing, or program support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe/e-signature tools, and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Secure a current CV or resume from each Clinical Mentor.
• Store credentials, contracts, and documentation in secure system.
• Confirm onboarding and compliance requirements prior to each contract.
• Coordinate term assignments with clinical health Professions leadership.
• Communicate with each Clinical Mentor about dates, times and hours.
• Develop and secure independent contractor agreements per term.
• Issue and collect invoices for payment processing.
• Track contract status and reports to program leadership.
• Maintain professional communication with mentors and offices.
