Qualifications

• BSN and current RN licensure in Maryland.
• Clinical teaching or supervision experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students during clinical rotations, orient to units and assign experiences.
• Prepare lesson plans, clinical activities, and materials aligned with course objectives.
• Observe and evaluate student performance; provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain records of student performance and incidents during clinicals.
• Collaborate with Course Coordinators and Clinical Site Coordinators to assess progress.
• Assist with laboratory preparation and student skill development.
• Foster a positive learning environment with healthcare staff and students.
• Participate in faculty meetings and university initiatives as required.
• Model professionalism, critical thinking, and ethical nursing practice.
