Qualifications

• Experience in higher education or education-related field.
• Knowledge of testing, admissions, and enrollment policies and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and apply university policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and proctor tests and exams at the national test center.
• Respond to telephone inquiries.
• Respond to e-mail inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service to students over the phone and via email.
• Participate in telephone outbound follow-up and marketing efforts.
• Participate in University outreach recruitment activities.
• Participate in University CRM and Help Desk ticket system workflows.
• Prepare clear statistical and interpretative reports on various metrics when assigned.
• Process student registration and payments as needed.
• Handle basic technical support issues.
• Assist in resolving student issues involving testing, admissions, registration, financial aid, and other student-facing offices.
