Children's Wisconsin in Milwaukee is seeking a Clinic Secretary Assistant (Casual) to help maintain smooth clinic flow and support nursing and physician staff. You will prep exam rooms, greet patients, collect basic information, and perform clerical tasks to ensure efficient patient care.

You will document vital signs, assist with procedures, manage scheduling, verify insurance, and support medication handling under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED/HSED required.
• Experience in pediatric healthcare preferred.
• Currently registered with the State of Wisconsin Registry for Nursing Assistants or certified as CMA/RMA; renewals not required after hire.
• Strong data entry, interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare exam rooms and direct patients/families to exam rooms; document height, weight and vital signs.
• Assist with procedures and patient care under nurse/physician supervision.
• Collect and label specimens and transport to appropriate department; manage patient charges and scheduling as needed.
