Job summary

National Bank of Arizona, a division of Zions Bancorporation, is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Page branch. The role involves handling debit and credit transactions, assisting clients with accounts, and providing cross-sell opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service.

The position requires a high school diploma, cashiering or customer service experience, and the ability to work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately following policies and procedures.
• Identify client needs by offering a variety of services (new accounts, money transfers, checks, etc.).
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
