Job summary

National Bank of Arizona, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) for its Williams branch. You will handle daily banking tasks, help clients reach financial goals, and support team goals in a community bank setting.

The role requires strong cash handling, customer service, and the ability to identify cross-sell opportunities. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM–5:15 PM, 40 hrs/wk.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or related experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies.
• Open accounts, issue checks, perform money transfers and other banking tasks.
• Resolve client questions and refer to appropriate branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
