Job summary

National Bank of Arizona in Mesa is seeking a Part-Time Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Mesa Main branch. This 20-hour-per-week role supports everyday banking with a friendly, community-focused team.

You’ll handle debit and credit transactions, assist customers with accounts, and look for cross-sell opportunities while delivering excellent service. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; schedule is Mon-Fri 10:00 AM–2:00 PM with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and related experience.
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM (20 hrs/wk).
• Must balance cash and provide customer service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policy.
• Assist clients with accounts, transfers, and banking services.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Resolve client issues or refer to appropriate resources.
• Other duties as assigned.
