Job summary

National Bank of Arizona in Sierra Vista is seeking a seasoned Client Service Associate (Teller) to handle daily transactions, open accounts, and cross-sell banking products. The role requires strong customer service, math aptitude, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM, 40 hours/week. We offer benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Solid balancing skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies.
• Identify client needs and open new accounts or perform maintenance.
• Resolve client issues or refer to appropriate bank resources.
• Cross-sell banking products to meet client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
