Job summary

Absolute Storage Management is seeking an Assistant Manager (Client Happiness Hero & Master of Multitasking) to oversee two Covington locations, Budget Self Storage and Covington Stor-It, totaling approximately 30 hours per week. This role mixes sales, customer service, and everyday operations to help renters, balance records, and maintain tidy properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or retail preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer service environments preferred.
• Property management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person and by phone; drive rentals and upsell supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying needs and guiding new tenants through rental processes.
• Maintain daily records, balance cash, and help with site upkeep and inspections.
