Job summary

Absolute Storage Management is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee two primary properties in Commerce and Athens, GA, and a third in Monroe. The role is ~28 hours per week, with floating coverage between locations.

You will assist customers with unit rentals, provide exceptional service, and help with daily office tasks to keep facilities clean and organized. A high school diploma is required; sales experience is preferred, and strong communication plus multitasking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, by phone, and via marketing channels; upsell rentals, insurance, and moving supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding new customers through rental processes.
• Resolve issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, restrooms, grounds and vacant units; keep records and perform minor maintenance and inspections.
• Research local competitors and report pricing/specials to supervisors; assist with marketing tasks as needed.
• Monitor rates, specials, and revenue-related factors.
• Handle daily cash receipts, postings, and deposits; support collections and auctions per policy.
• If applicable, assist tenants with rental programs (U-Haul, Penske, or company trucks).
