Job summary

Absolute Storage Management, LLC. is seeking an Assistant Manager (Client Happiness Hero) for two Madison, AL locations. Schedule is approximately 24 hours per week with in-person customer interactions and coordination of rentals, marketing, and daily office tasks.

You will help customers, process payments, balance receipts, and maintain a tidy, efficient workplace while supporting ongoing sales and community-facing activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or retail environment preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, over the phone, and via marketing channels.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding rental processes.
• Resolve issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain clean and organized office, restrooms, and grounds; keep records and perform maintenance checks.
• Monitor rates, specials, and revenue-related factors; assist with marketing as needed.
