Job summary

Absolute Storage Management seeks a Floating Assistant Manager to support multiple Nashville-area properties. This dynamic role handles rentals in person and by phone, drives sales of rentals and moving supplies, and keeps the office and common areas clean and organized.

You will resolve issues professionally, monitor rates and promotions, perform basic cash handling, and assist tenants with rentals through partner programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to multitask across properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rentals in-person and by phone.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and offering solutions.
• Resolve issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the office and common areas.
• Support local marketing and competitive pricing efforts.
• Monitor rates, promotions, and revenue-related factors.
• Perform required daily administrative tasks including cash handling and posting payments.
• Assist tenants with rentals through partner programs where applicable.
