Job summary

Absolute Storage Management, LLC. is seeking a Split Assistant Manager—also known as Client Happiness Hero & Master of Multitasking—for approximately 24 hours per week, rotating between Atlanta's Best Storage and Ellenwood's Best Storage.

The role focuses on helping customers rent units, identifying storage needs, and driving rentals through excellent service. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, experience in sales or retail, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales or retail preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced customer service environment preferred.
• Property Manager: 1+ year of property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with renting units in-person, via phone, and through marketing opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service by identifying storage needs and guiding rentals.
• Resolves issues professionally and positively.
• Maintain daily cleanliness and organization of the office and property; keep records organized.
• Monitor rates, specials, and revenue-related factors.
• Handle daily cash, balance receipts, deposits, and related auctions per policy.
