Job summary

Safe Alliance is seeking a Part-Time Client Care Specialist to provide administrative support and crisis assistance for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and related trauma. The role includes weekend and overnight hours as part of a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities include answering calls, intake support, maintaining client records, and assisting staff with office tasks while upholding trauma-informed, client-centered care. Must be willing to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year admin or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer agency phone calls, screen and direct callers, provide service descriptions.
• Provide crisis intervention services by telephone or in person as needed.
• Maintain client information and files; assist with intake and document management.
• Support office functions: mail, supplies, and form management.
• Assist in meetings, trainings, and agency events as assigned by supervisor.
• Collaborate with staff and community partners to support clients.
