Job summary

Stange Law Firm, PC seeks a part-time Client Care Assistant in the St. Louis area to deliver exceptional client service. The role supports attorneys and leadership, ensuring clients feel heard and valued through professional communication and timely responses.

Responsibilities include liaising with clients, maintaining confidentiality, and coordinating across departments to uphold a superior client experience. Flexible hours may accommodate a 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of approximately 45 WPM or higher.
• Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult conversations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding concerns involving attorneys or firm policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with current clients.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the Firm to help resolve concerns professionally and compassionately.
• Listen carefully to client concerns and work toward practical resolutions while explaining Firm policies and procedures.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and sound judgment in every client interaction.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, Client Care leadership, and other departments to ensure an outstanding client experience.
