Job summary

Stange Law Firm, PC is seeking a Part-Time Client Care Assistant for Creve Coeur, Missouri. The role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, acting as a liaison between clients and attorneys, and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.

This position supports a growing, multi-state family law firm with a flexible 29-hour schedule. The candidate will handle client concerns, communicate via phone and email, and collaborate with attorneys and leadership to ensure outstanding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of approximately 45 WPM or higher.
• Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding concerns involving attorneys or firm policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with current clients.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the Firm to help resolve concerns professionally and compassionately.
• Listen carefully to client concerns and work toward practical resolutions while explaining Firm policies and procedures.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and sound judgment in every client interaction.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, Client Care leadership, and other departments to ensure an outstanding client experience.
