Stange Law Firm, PC is seeking a professional, compassionate Part-Time Client Care Assistant to join our team in the Creve Coeur, Missouri area. The role supports attorneys and leadership to deliver exceptional client service, handling client inquiries and coordinating between clients and the firm.

The position offers up to 29 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with starting pay at $16.00 per hour.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of approximately 45 WPM or higher.
• Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult conversations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Prior law firm, legal, customer service, hospitality, call center, or client relations experience is preferred, but not required.

Mansioni

• Communicate with clients regarding concerns involving attorneys or firm policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with current clients.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the Firm to help resolve concerns professionally and compassionately.
• Listen carefully to client concerns and work toward practical resolutions while explaining Firm policies and procedures.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and sound judgment in every client interaction.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, Client Care leadership, and other departments to ensure an outstanding client experience.
