Stange Law Firm, PC in the St. Louis area is seeking a Part-Time Client Care Assistant to help deliver an exceptional client experience. Join a fast-growing family law firm and support attorneys and firm leadership by ensuring clients feel heard, supported, and valued.

This role offers a flexible part-time schedule, up to 29 hours per week, with hours Monday–Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of approximately 45 WPM or higher.
• Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult conversations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Prior law firm, legal, customer service, hospitality, call center, or client relations experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients regarding concerns involving attorneys or firm policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with current clients.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the Firm to help resolve concerns professionally and compassionately.
• Listen carefully to client concerns and work toward practical resolutions while explaining Firm policies and procedures.
• Communicate with clients by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, confidentiality, and sound judgment in every client interaction.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys, Client Care leadership, and other departments to ensure an outstanding client experience.
