Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and engage children in a safe, caring, and welcoming environment.
• Lead games, activities, crafts, and age-appropriate experiences.
• Ensure safety and wellbeing with active supervision at all times.
• Assist with diaper changes, toileting, and infant feedings as needed.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe Childwatch/YKIDS area.
• Follow YMCA policies and safety procedures; complete required trainings.
