Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in Woodinville, WA is seeking a Chef de Partie to cover a range of kitchen stations and assist the Executive and Sous Chefs. This is a part-time, hourly role eligible for tips, with evening and weekend shifts required.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of cooking experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining safety and quality standards. A Food Handler’s Permit is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler’s Permit required.
• Two years of prior cooking experience preferred.
• Knowledge of basic knife skills, prep techniques, and baking fundamentals.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality menu items with consistent taste and presentation.
• Set up and stock kitchen stations according to Chef direction.
• Assist with leadership duties and support in absence of Sous Chef.
• Prepare ingredients including chopping, butchering, and sauce preparation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and replenish supplies as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and dishwashing as needed.
