Job summary

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates in Woodinville, WA is seeking a part-time Tasting Room Assistant to serve as an ambassador for the winery and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role is hourly and eligible for tips, with evening and weekend availability required. Responsibilities include maintaining the tasting room, serving guests, and supporting event setup and breakdown as directed by management.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Goal oriented and able to work as part of a team.
• Flexible and available to work varied hours.
• Valid Food Handlers Permit.
• History of responsible use of alcohol and fitness to be licensed or certified.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables after use, wipe down tables and refill waters and crackers.
• Wash and buffer glassware and other dishware.
• Replenish wine, merchandise, and other items to support shift operations.
• Maintain tasting room appearance and cleanliness to standards.
• Assist with food orders according to guidelines.
• Support winery and private event setup, execution, and breakdown.
