Job summary

Ste. Michelle Wine Estates is seeking a part-time Tasting Room Back of House Assistant in Woodinville, WA. You will help set the winery experience, maintain cleanliness, and support event setup and operations with a guest-first focus.

Position is part-time and hourly, eligible for tips. Availability on evenings and weekends is required. Compensation ranges per hour and benefits reflect our Total Rewards program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Food Handler's Permit required.
• Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and sales skills; ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help to clear tables following use, wipe tables, refill waters and crackers as needed.
• Wash and buff glassware and other dishware items.
• Replenish wine, merchandise, and other items to support shift operations.
• General housekeeping to ensure tasting room looks up to standards.
• Assist with food orders according to presentation guidelines as needed.
• Assist with winery and private event setup, execution, and breakdown as instructed by management.
