Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality menu items with consistent taste and presentation.
• Set up, stock, and maintain kitchen stations as directed.
• Assist with kitchen leadership and support the Sous Chef.
• Prepare ingredients including chopping, butchering, and sauce prep.
• Collaborate with team to execute menu items efficiently.
• Monitor and replenish inventory and supplies.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning and dishwashing.
