Marketplace Chaplains is seeking Chaplains to support employees and their families at client sites across Texas. This field role emphasizes compassionate spiritual care, confidentiality, and Christian ministry aligned with MCHAP's mission.

Chaplains will visit worksites weekly, provide pastoral counseling, coordinate referrals, and assist with funerals or bereavement support as needed. Strong interpersonal skills and a Christian lifestyle are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary, interfaith setting.
• Excellent listening and communication skills under pressure.
• Confidentiality and ethical judgment in sensitive matters.
• Christian faith and ministry values alignment with MCHAP.
• Active driver's license and state minimum auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as messenger of faith, mission, and purpose.
• Visit worksites weekly to build trust with employees.
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families.
• Assist in funerals and bereavement support as needed.
• Offer referrals and coordinate specialized assistance.
• Represent ministry services to clients in appropriate contexts.
