Job summary

Chaplains will engage in regular visits, confidential pastoral conversations, and crisis support, fostering trust and spiritual well-being while respecting interfaith environments. The role emphasizes compassionate care, advocacy for employees, and collaboration with client organizations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an interfaith setting and respect diverse beliefs.
• Strong listening and counseling skills with families and employees.
• Solid Christian faith aligned with ministry values and Bible understanding.

Responsibilities

• Provides confidential pastoral discussions for employees and their families.
• Visits employees and immediate family members at worksites, hospitals, or homes.
• Coordinates referrals for specialized assistance and grief support as needed.
• Represents the ministry to clients and participates in new employee orientation.
