Qualifications

• Must have active state driver’s license and state minimum auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide pastoral visits to client worksites on a regular basis.
• Serve as messenger of faith and ministry to employees and families.
• Offer confidential pastoral discussions on personal issues and refer to specialized help as needed.
• Assist in planning or attending funerals and providing follow-up care during grief.
• Engage with companies to communicate ministry services and respond to leadership needs.
• Participate in new employee orientation to explain Employee Care Service.
