Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care Services to clients as per the care plan.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and IADLs.
• Document cares provided to client as instructed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands/shopping, and transportation arrangements.
• Identify safety hazards in client home and report concerns.
• Provide social and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for all individuals.
• Maintain training and educational requirements.
