Circle of Life is seeking a Homemaker to join our Waseca team (6-10 hours per week). You will visit clients in their homes, provide companionship, assist with daily routines, and support independence in familiar surroundings.

This role emphasizes compassionate, patient care and clear communication with family and leadership. Ideal applicants have a High School Diploma or GED; caregiving or customer service experience is a plus.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving, customer service or companionship roles is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Visiting clients in their homes and helping maintain their independence.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with daily routines such as light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Engage clients in conversation, recreational activities, or outings as needed.
• Report any changes in client behavior or condition to the leadership team.
• Maintain accurate documentation of visits and tasks performed.
